While Lita and Grandpa were here we made the Pioneer Woman's Baked French Toast! Boy, was it yummy! It even tops the other baked french toast recipe we have made in the past. This is our new favorite! You can find the recipe HERE.
After breakfast we helped Claire make her first Gingerbread House!

I love those little hands in all that candy...she was having a ball!
Daddy built the frame of the house and the girls did the decorating! Lita was a pro! I could not believe her gingerbread decorating skills! Very impressive!

She was so proud of her gingerbread house. We kept it as the centerpiece on the dining room table and every time we ate she would excitedly proclaim, "I made that!!" I see many more gingerbread houses in our future! What a fun tradition.
