Claire has been SO, SO, SO incredibly excited for her birthday party this year. For the past month everywhere we go she randomly tells people she is going to have a "Cinder-reyella Party"! I had no idea she could be this excited about a themed party at the age of 2! Knowing her excitement made the party planning all that much more fun and I just loved every minute of it. When she first saw the party table decorated she was in utter amazement and her jaw dropped open. She asked about each item on the table and then continued to point them all out to Kevin and I. Before I knew it she was coming over and adding her own decorations to the table and telling me she was getting ready for her party...she just might have her mama's love for party planning in her!
Our poor baby girl wasn't feeling the best the morning of her birthday, and I think it shows in her expressions in the photos. She definitely had fun, but she was not 100%. It breaks my heart because I know how much she was looking forward to this, but it was still amazing to be blessed by the presence of so many amazing friends and family! Looking back there are several families that didn't make it into our photos...I will have to be better about that next year! I meant to take a group photo but things just got busy and it never seemed like a good time, but next year I am going to make sure I do!!! So, I apologize if you are not on here :(
We are so thankful to everyone who came together to celebrate these past two years of Claire's life. They have been the fastest, richest, sweetest, and best years of our lives and that is all thanks to you sweet Claire! We love you baby girl and we can't believe you are already celebrating your second birthday!
I have to extend a BIG heartfelt thank you to Kevin, my mom and dad, and Kevin's mom and dad for all of their help in pulling this party off! At 30 weeks pregnant, I was definitely not going at my normal speed and if it hadn't been for their help in spray painting, washing tables, moving tables and chairs, climbing on ladders, picking up cupcakes, helping to take care of Claire and numerous other things it would have never happened! So thank you so much for helping to make this day so special for our sweet Claire! It truly takes a village and we are so blessed to have such a loving and caring family to pitch in when they are needed! We love you all!
