Mexican Fiesta!

Last night we had a bunch of friends and neighbors over for a Mexican Fiesta Pot Luck Dinner!

We love to entertain and it was so much fun to see everyone and hang out together! There was so much food it was unbelievable! YUM, YUM!

We had vegan tacos, chicken and pork tamales, chicken enchiladas, chicken fajitas, black beans, refried beans, spanish rice, guacamole, queso, salsa, 6 layer bean dip, peanut butter bars, fruit salad, salad, and vegan chocolate chips cookies!

We can't wait for our next party! We're thinking about doing an Italian Dinner Party!
