Holding My Breath

Well, we are working out the details for Kevin's office space with the D.O.  Everything seems to be going well, however it seems like each day there is a little something that comes up that makes me worry a little bit, but then it usually works out within the next 24 hours or so. I just can't wait until it's all said and done and everything is official.  

It sure is a lot to take on when you are opening up your own business.  I have had so much faith all along that God would show us where we needed to be and guide us in the right direction. I really feel that He has and that we would not be here without Him.  Now, here we are and everything is almost in place.  I just pray that we can continue to be so faithful and know that the Lord will be with us throughout this journey and provide for us in all that ways that will be needed.  Finding new patients is of course what I think about the most.  We have lots of ideas of how to reach people and get the word out once Kevin's practice and up and running.  I often imagine what it would be like if he could just have a set salary and we could plan everything out!  That is one the reasons I became a teacher.  I found such comfort in the fact that I could know exactly how much I would be making and we could formulate a precise budget for our expenses.  This will be a new adventure for us.  I just keep reminding myself that with Kevin's profession you must take the risk the get the reward.  He is so excited about working with patients and helping people.  I can't wait to see him in action!  I'll keep you posted as things progress!  We just keep believing that everything will work out the way it is meant to be, no matter what happens along the way.  Your prayers for us to follow the Lord's path and make the right choices and that the Lord will provide for us in all the necessary ways are greatly appreciated as we continue this journey that is SO exciting for us, but also makes me a little bit nervous at the same time!  THANK YOU!
