It's Coming Down to the Details

One week from tomorrow we are opening the doors at our new location for Watters Creek Chiropractic!!! woo-hoo, it's finally happening! There is still so much to be done! Most of it is out of my hands, so I just have to sit back and relax and wait for it to all be done!!

This week is crazy with people coming to install speakers, blinds, signs, light fixtures, phone, internet, alarm, telephone, etc.  We also have deliveries scheduled for chiropractic equipment, refrigerator, etc.  Getting it all scheduled took some real organization!  Oh- I almost forgot, we have to move out of our current location by Friday at 5:00 and we are treating patients throughout the week!

So, while I can't worry about the BIG things, like whether or not we will get our certificate of occupancy in time to treat our patients next Tuesday (YIKES, it's going to be close), my mind is swirling with all the little things!

Here's a few of the things I've been thinking about and working on today!

I LOVE this chandelier that will be hanging in the waiting room!

We just ordered 2 of these chairs to go in Kevin's office across from his desk!  I think they look so cool!  If you haven't guessed already, our office is going to be very modern with chocolate browns, light blues, grays and whites!  We want it to be calming and relaxing for our patients.

Here is a picture of the chocolate brown bamboo floors being installed!  I LOVE them!!!!

Last, but not least these are the proofs for a few of the signs that will be in the office.  I know they look simple, but let me tell ya...a lot of hours have gone into these babies!  Getting the font right, the size right, the font color, the sign color...let's just say that nothing is as easy as you think it would be!  We finally approved this proof today and they are making the signs now!

Building a practice from the ground up has been a blast!  Now, I just can't wait to see it all finished! :)
