It's finally March and in a teacher's world that means that Spring Break is 2 weeks away! Of course, before that can happen we have Open House Night at school where all the parents come and see everything the kids have done, and before that can happen the kids have to finish a million projects! So the stress level is high and the hours are getting longer and longer at work.
All of this might explain why I am really feeling Spring Fever this year! For some reason I am soooo anxious for the weather to warm up (consistently), for the trees and grass to be green and for all the flowers to bloom! Our drastic temperatures changes with lows in the 20's and highs in the 80's are driving me crazy!
With Kevin starting his practice any idea of taking a vacation is long gone...but man oh man do I have the itch for the Caribbean! Last year we had the BEST beach trip ever to Whitehouse, Jamaica where we stayed at Sandals Adult only All Inclusive resort!
It was AMAZING! Each day consisted of reading books on the beach and listening to the waves gently crash on the shore. I was in heaven! Our biggest decisions consisted of where to eat next, which pool to visit and whether I should have a Pina Colada or Strawberry Daiquiri! Oh that was the best 5 days! I usually don't "crave" beach trips, but for some reason this spring I just can't stop thinking about it! Thank goodness for pictures! Looking at the pictures is like going back and reliving it all again! Oh what a dream it was! I am so grateful for the wonderful trips that Kevin and I have shared together in the past.
I am going to use this picture as my desktop image so every time I use my computer I can imagine my feet are kicked up and I am laying on the beach next to my amazing husband!!! A girl can dream, right??? :)

I can just feel, hear, and smell the ocean breeze and water lapping at the edge of the beach when I focus on your beautiful Jamaican photos. It does just make you ex...hale. Very lovely dream indeed! Thank You!! Wish I was with you!
