Well, there are about 100 reasons I am so behind on blogging, but the main one is probably because this little baby boy of ours is ON THE MOVE! So, enjoy these 25 pics I snapped in literally less than 4 minutes of just watching him do his thing. I had to document it so I will never forget! He is in constant motion, from one thing to the next. One daring move to another. Honestly though, these are 25 great reasons to be behind on blogging, right? I wouldn't trade it for the world. Hopefully I'll get Christmas of last year blogged before summer....but maybe not the way things are going! And that's okay!
Sweet boy has tons of toys....
But who needs those when there is so much to explore?
Chewing shoes and smashing fingers is WAY more fun!
Rounding corners and on the move...
Playing with the blinds and looking outside. (so sweet)
Why not chew on the windowsill while we are here?
It appears mighty tasty....
Next, we'll cruise over to the fireplace and dangerously crawl head first into the stone and reach for the fire!
Sometimes a toy finds its way into our mouth...
But not for very long. It's off to go and open the entertainment center! ohhhh, what do we have in here?
Buttons, lights and more buttons! How fun!
Awesome! Something tall and dangerous to pull on! There is so much fun to be had! (do you sense my sarcasm yet! LOL)
Pulling up and balancing on poles!
HA! Look at that face!!!!
He's coming to get me! Oh sweet baby boy! I love you so....
Chewing on Claire's Doc McStuffins doctor kit while she is at preschool! Good thing she doesn't know! ;)
Always eager to pull things down!
A brief stop to play with a toy!
And then he's on the move again!
Honestly...look at that face. Could he be any cuter? So innocent and sweet.
Showing his wave!
Onto the door where there are small pins that come out and grease to be found! Good times, good times!
Later that night (in outfit #3---thank you blow out diapers from antibiotics) he discovers the toilet! OH BOY!
And immediately decides to taste it! Oh. my. gosh. Never has cleaning been so critical! Good thing I have plenty of time to do it.....HA!!!
All sarcasm aside, I truly love this stage and all the discovery and joy that it brings! It is very, very, very busy and baby proofing is a daily task, but before I know it he will be up and walking and then running and these days will be a distant memory.
I love you sweet boy! I love your curiosity, your bravery and your desire to explore! The world has big things in store for you and I can't wait to see what they are! I am so thankful to be your mom and to have this opportunity to see you grow into such a precious little soul. I love you more than words can say sweet boy!
Love, Mama
