Black & White Images

I've been learning all about Lightroom 4 and as much as I really do like it, it sure has slowed me down as I tackle the learning curve!  It is such a great program and it does soooo much!  While I still have  A LOT more to learn, I don't want to fall too far behind in keeping up with my blog and photo editing so tonight I played around with some black and white images.  I will probably look back on these later and see all the flaws in them, (in fact I already see some after posting this, uggghhh--so far to go still!)  but I know it's going to take time to get better and I have to start somewhere :)  I have to say that these look grainy to me...the lighting wasn't so great, but oh well!  In the past I never really got into black and white images, but LR4 makes it a lot more fun!  These are the first images I am posting since switching over to LR4 from Aperture.  I have soooo many more to do... :)
