NOT YO’ MAMA’S BANANA PUDDING

Oh how I LOVE Pinterest!  It was there that I stumbled across a recipe for Banana Pudding that I pinned and set aside for a "future date".  

The perfect occasion came along---an invitation to a backyard BBQ!  I was excited to give it a try...and maybe a little nervous too because generally it's never a good idea to experiment with a new recipe when you're bringing it to a party, but none the less, we went ahead and made it!

It is sooooo good!  Seriously- we all loved it and I know you will too!

Ingredients:

4 bananas, sliced

3 cups milk

1 box Nilla Wafers

2 small boxes instant FRENCH vanilla pudding

1 {8 oz.} pkg. cream cheese

1 {14oz.} can sweetened condensed milk

1 {12 oz.} container Cool Whip

 Line the bottom of a 9x13 with Nilla Wafers.

 Slice your bananas and layer evenly on top of the wafers.

 Combine the milk and pudding mix and blend using a handheld mixer. 

 In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese & condensed milk until smooth.  Gradually fold in whipped cream.

 Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mix & stir until well blended

 Pour the mix evenly over the bananas. OMG- this is the best part!  Doesn't it look sooo good!!!  My mouth is watering just looking at it...sorry TMI!

 Spread it out to cover all the bananas!.

 Layer the remaining Nilla Wafers on top of the mix to top it all off!!!

 I'll use any excuse to bust out some ribbon!  This kept the lid on tight for the car ride so it was functional and cute too!  YAY!

 Seriously-  it is heavenly...and I LOVE a good 'nana puddin!  Nothing beats this one!  I promise, you will love it too, and if you don't- call me and I'll come over and eat it! HA!
