WOW- It's been a MONTH!

I can't believe it has been a month since my last post!  Let's just say the last 4 weeks have been NON-STOP!  We are exhausted!  So-here it is in photos!

20 weeks pregnant and feeling great!!

21 weeks pregnant we traveled to my Family Reunion at the legendary Specht's Store!  For those of you who didn't know, my maiden name is Specht and my dad spent his summer's growing up working at this store with his Oma and Opa!  It is now a great restaurant out in the country serving juicy burgers and delicious chicken fried chicken and of course the "Spechtacular" Nachos!  Check it out at http://www.spechts.com/.

We stopped at the Pottery Barn Outlet in San Marcos on the way there and did some shopping for Claire's room! Here is me with my mom!

There is so much family history here.  I have grown up going here and I can't wait to take Claire so she can hear all the old stories, including the ones about the ghost that rocks in the rocking chair in the old house next door that my great-grandparents used to live in!

The official 21 week photo in the country...it was soooo HOT!!  I almost passed out.

Back in Austin at my parents house my sweet cousin Elysha dropped by with her precious little boy Maddox!  Look at the adorable outfit she got for Claire!  I just LOVE it!  I can hardly wait to put her in it!  Thank you Elysha- that was so sweet of you!

We missed the photo for 22 weeks...so onto 23 weeks!

The 23rd week of pregnancy was the final weekend to clean out everything in preparation for our BIG garage sale!

Then came the garage sale!  We had cleaned out every SINGLE drawer, cabinet, closet...you name it!  I was in full-swing nesting mode!  We woke up at 5:00am on Friday and by 6:30 we had it all set up and the shoppers were waiting at the end of the driveway to begin!  Notice the sun isn't even up when this picture was taken, LOL!

Two full days of the garage sale and now it's all gone...except for a few boxes Salvation Army is picking up later this week.  WOW- that really took it out of me.  That was A LOT of work for being 6 months pregnant.  I am so glad we did and I am so glad it's over!  Now Claire's room (which was previously a storage/junk AKA "garage sale pile" room is all cleared out and ready to be decorated just for her!!

And the official 24 week photo...wow I am so tired in this picture and really wishing I could have the day off to rest!  Can you tell by the fake smile??  I laugh just looking at it.  It's definitely getting harder now!

This weekend we choose the paint color for Claire's room, next weekend is painting and then the weekend after the furniture is delivered!  Whew- it's really non-stop!

I will leave you with this photo...this is my long awaited first project for Claire's room!!!  Any guesses what it might be?  I can hardly wait until Saturday to do it!  I will post the finished photo when it's all done!
