Results are in from our 21 Day Cleanse

May 1-21 Kevin and I did The Standard Process 21 Day Purification Program (the same company that has the farm we visited in our previous post) to rid of bodies of toxins, get all the bad stuff out and let the good stuff work they way it's meant to! It was a awesome experience!  We learned so much through the process and continue to incorporate it into our daily lives now that we are done.  I just thought it might be fun to share some (very honest) before and after photos...kind of embarrassing, but more importantly, look how much it worked!  We feel so much better.  Lots of energy throughout the day, aches and pains subsided, sleep better and the extra weight keeps coming off even after the official program is complete!

Let’s start with KEVIN'S RESULTS…
Total Weight loss: 16 pounds
% Body Fat: decreased 6.2%
Body Water %: increased 2.7%
Muscle Mass: increased 8.4 pounds
Metabolic Age: decreased by 26 years!!!!
Blood Pressure: systolic blood pressure decreased by 17,  diastolic blood pressure decreased by 14
Resting Pulse: decreased by 20 beats per minute

KELLY'S RESULTS
Total Weight Loss: 10 pounds
Total Inches Lost: 10 inches!  (combined total from waist, hips and thighs!)
% Body Fat: decreased 3%
Body Water %: increased 2%

Metabolic Age: decreased by 10 years!!!!

We absolutely can not stop raving about how we are feeling and our results! So much has changed for us during and after doing the  21 day purification program. We are feeling really good and truly enjoying life more. We got the most out of this experience by combining the cleanse with chiropractic care, detoxification massages, exercise, epsom salt baths, ginger root baths, drinking green tea and going to the sauna! Only 21 days later and we began experiencing dramatic results: we sleep a solid eight hours, we wake up refreshed and ready to go, we have a steady stream of energy throughout the day, the cravings are gone and we have more energy to do fun things that we love. After the cleanse I no longer felt bloated or sluggishness and longer had a stuffy nose, stiffness/pain and aches in joints when waking up in the morning and my cravings are gone. Kevin wakes up much faster and is more alert first thing in the morning and he no longer experiences cravings. His allergies have also vastly improved, the stiffness/pain and aches in joints have diminished and his headaches and fatigue are gone!  All in all, life is good!
