Pumpkin Patch (picture overload!)

Our family LOVES the fall...all things fall!  Pumpkins, hayrides, apple cider...you name it!  Kevin is from New York and has the fondest memories from his childhood growing up in the beautiful colors of autumn, the sound of crisp leaves crunching under your feet and the feeling of jumping into a pile of leaves.  So, you can imagine how excited we were to take Claire to her first Pumpkin Patch!  I seriously could hardly wait.  This is one of those things I have been dreaming of doing as a family!  Aside from the unbelievable gusts of wind- it was a beautiful day with a high in the 60's!  We couldn't have chosen a better day to go!  I'm posting lots of pics because we made so many good memories and one day I'll have this blog published into a book and I want to have them all here!

They had so many cute places to take photos.  I loved this area with the "Count Your Blessings" scarecrow!

 Can you see the church in the distance behind me?  I didn't even know it was there until I saw it in this picture that Kevin took!  How perfect!

Claire had lots of fun on the tractor!  She liked playing with the steering wheel.  Pardon my wind-blown hair---it was CRAZY windy out there!

 Claire didn't smile too much because she was a bit overwhelmed by all the wind- but she was having a great time!  It was so cute!

 She liked looking at the bottom of the trailer we were riding in and seeing the ground move below us.

We had such a great time at the Pumpkin Patch!  I can hardly wait to go back again next year.  There was so much more to see and do, but the wind was getting too strong for Claire to keep her eyes open and believe it or not, we were getting cold!  It's hard to imagine Claire will be running all over the place next year.  Happy Fall Y'all!
