We have become HUGE fans of this amazing smoothie packed full of antioxidants and super fruits that you can make in your own kitchen!

In the frozen section of my grocery store I buy a package of 4 of these...
(I shop at Market Street & Whole Foods, but I am sure you can find them in other grocery stores and/or health stores)

They are easy to make with instructions on the back, but we don't follow the instructions exactly...

We make it like this...
8 oz. organic apple juice
1 banana
handfull of frozen blueberries
about 7 frozen strawberries
1 pack Pure Acai
about 2 tablespoons of local honey
optional - 1 cup raw oats if using as a meal replacement
Blend together until smooth and enjoy!!!
